Toys “R” Us Times Square, New York, NY
The new, one-of-a-kind Toys “R” Us flagship store on Times Square demonstrates that toy sales are indeed BIG business. For starters, there’s a 60-foot high indoor ferris wheel with 14 individually themed cabs, a two-story Barbie doll house, and a 34-foot long fully animatronic dinosaur. The designers really raised the bar on “Big Box” store design with this one. The store is a “wow” shopping experience that showcases a broad range of toys in a fun, friendly, service-oriented environment.
